Here’s what to expect next:
Now that we’ve received your request, you’re officially on our list! We’ll continue to collect sign-up forms from your friends and neighbors over the next couple of weeks. Shortly before we’re ready for your zone to enter the Installation Phase of our project, you will receive a call from one of our Customer Representatives to review your service selections and gather some important information so we can begin building your services in our system. Once we’ve verified all of the information on your form is accurate, we’ll work with you to schedule a date to get you connected.
As the date of your installation approaches, you’ll receive an email with your GTel Service Agreement and some other important information. We ask that you read and acknowledge all of these documents before your install takes place. On the day of your installation, you will be asked to sign-off on the Service Agreement once the installation is completed to your satisfaction.
