Payment Policy

As of March 1, 2017, GTel no longer accepts partial payments or minimum amounts to allow services to remain active. Any outstanding balances will need to be cleared before Internet or Television services will be reactivated after a disconnection from non-payment.  Accounts that are not kept current after April 1, 2017 could see a reduction of services until full payment is satisfied.

SmartHub Customer Portal

Our safe and secure customer portal provides you convenient account access and two-way communication to your Customer Service Relations staff at GTel.  Through SmartHub, you can manage payments, notify us of account or service issues, check your telephone toll usage and receive special announcements all at the touch of a button.  You can log in from any desktop through any browser, or by using your Android or iOS smart device.

Business hours:
Monday and Tuesday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am-4:30 pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
A night deposit box is located near the door to receive payments when the office is closed.
